About Me

I have 10+ years of leadership experience in Risk, Compliance and Operations at companies like Stripe, Plaid, Mercury and Gusto. I have built programs, policies, processes and teams from the ground up and have helped scale and manage people, tooling and products. From being the 1^st risk hire, to managing teams of 40+, I help startups at multiple stages of their Risk, Compliance and Operations journeys. I am really hoping to use the knowledge I have gained to help others navigate these complex spaces!

Consulting / Advisory - These engagements are usually a weekly or monthly minimum commitment where I offer you advice, product/tooling feedback, review documents, policies and procedures, identify gaps and help set the roadmap for your Risk, Compliance and/or Operations functions.Projects - These engagements usually entail deliverables such as building out policies, frameworks, procedures, tooling and/or your entire Risk, Compliance or Operations programs.Hourly Calls - These engagements usually entail giving out advice or sharing my knowledge on a specific topic within the Risk, Compliance and Operations space.
